The EVID 4.2 uses a dual-woofer two-way design to deliver wider coverage and fuller sound than many small wall speakers. Its 65Hz to 20kHz frequency response and 89dB sensitivity make it suitable for restaurants, cafés, retail spaces, offices, classrooms, boardrooms, and hospitality environments.
The speaker is built in a paintable black or white acrylic butyl styrene enclosure with a zinc-plated powder-coated grille. Its low-profile mounting bracket allows the cabinet to be positioned neatly on walls or ceilings, making it practical for permanent commercial and architectural installations.
The EVID 4.2 is best used for indoor and protected outdoor background music, paging, restaurant audio, bar music, hotel spaces, retail stores, offices, schools, churches with smaller rooms, and distributed commercial sound systems.
The EVID 4.2 is a passive installation loudspeaker. It requires a compatible amplifier and correct wiring. For distributed 70V or 100V systems, confirm whether the installed unit is the transformer version before wiring it into a constant-voltage speaker line.
